Rolls Royce reveals futuristic 103EX concept to celebrate BMW’s 100th birthday

British luxury car maker Rolls Royce has revealed it’s vision next 100 concept car 103EX to celebrate 100th birthday of it’s parent company BMW. The concept is too futuristic & modern to believe it now, but it will be the future of cars, believes the company.

Here are key things of the 103EX concept:

-It’s the first ever concept in the history of Rolls Royce.

-There is no steering in the 103EX’s cabin, to free up space for the passengers who can enjoy their time on the sofa-like seat.

-There is company’s virtual assistant ‘Eleanor’ who drives the car and also assist the owner on itineraries, schedules and options before they leave their residence.

-In place of dashboard mounted instrumentation, 103EX has a transparent OLED screen mounted on the front wall of the cabin that gives passengers all the information only when they need.

-The side-top glass opens tall to stand underneath and a red light is projected on floor to get carpet-like feel.

-The car floats on 28 inch wheels which are almost fully covered just like BMW’s Vision Next 100 concept.

-103EX is powered by a zero-emission high-performance electric powertrain that has 2 motors having a 250kw output each.
